We offer a multi-tiered Training Program, including:

• Custom Procedure Manual (provided well in advance of Inventory Day)
• Video Training (CD/DVD/VHS)
• Practice Scanning Exercise (to be completed upon receipt of equipment)
• Training Conference Call (conducted by Hart Training Professionals, including an interactive Q&A session)
• In-Person Training Classes are available upon request

In addition, the Hart Help Desk is available 24/7 for any questions before, during or after the physical inventory.
