The Hart Quality Assurance program adheres to ISO-9000 procedures and standards and our equipment maintains the highest reliability rate in the scanner rental industry.

• We maintain the entire usage/maintenance history on every piece of equipment in our inventory.

• Every piece of equipment goes through a multi-step QA test each and every time it is sent out to a client.

• All equipment is individually scanned when it is sent out to a client, and then scanned again when it is returned to our inventory.  If any help desk calls are received regarding a piece of equipment (no matter how minor the issue), the scanner serial number is recorded and entered into our equipment tracking system.  When that equipment is scanned upon return to Hart, it is flagged to be set aside for additional testing and/or maintenance.

In addition, we perform regular semi-annual preventive maintenance on all equipment.
