We've all heard that a picture is worth a thousand words. Hart's clients have enthusiastically agreed with this sentiment after viewing our Inventory Training Video.

In our continuing mission to provide a comprehensive, yet simple, training program for our clients, Hart produced its first "in-house" video in the fall of 2001. Since then, we have provided video training, in either VHS, CD or DVD format, to several clients. Our "Video Team", working in our Production Studio, is the creative force behind these presentations.

The 25-minute video presents a complete visual overview of the Hart Inventory System. The video illustrates and explains everything from pre-inventory merchandise preparation, to placing Hart Stickers on the fixtures, to equipment setup, associate training, scanning, reporting and closing the inventory. At our client's option, the Training Video can be fully customized to include client-specific system details and in-store digital pictures to show the exact placement of Hart Fixture Stickers.

Hart's Director of Client Services, Jim Riepe, describes it this way; "I think the video is a terrific addition to our training program. Our Inventory Procedure Manual and Training Guide have consistently earned compliments from our clients. The new video just completes the picture".

Linda Nyholm, our Customer Support Manager agrees; "We have always done a great amount of over the phone training. It's very effective, but there is such a difference when the Store Management Team has viewed the Hart video. It dramatically reduces or eliminates the need for any additional training".
