• Your item Master File is transmitted from Your Host to the Hart Host and is pre-loaded into the PC before shipped to your stores
• If necessary, the latest Master File can be retrieved by each store just prior to the inventory
• The Master File is loaded into each scanner
• As inventory is taken, each scanner is downloaded to the PC
• Final results can be (1) transmitted to the Hart Host where all stores are consolidated and transmitted to Your Host, or (2) written to a 3 1/2" diskette for uploading into your in-store controller or sent overnight mail to Your Host
• Reports can be (1) displayed on the PC screen, or (2) printed on your in-store printer or on an 80 column printer we can supply
